- Follow all laws and relevant industry Standards related to the sale, purchase, shipment, refurbishing, and remanufacture of used and pre-owned semiconductor equipment
- Never misrepresent the condition of used equipment, using commonly accepted definitions and terminology
- Never knowingly violate the intellectual property rights of buyers, sellers and original manufacturers of equipment and technology
